Blackbook Recruitment is seeking a Reservation Booking Manager to join its team. You will coordinate reservations for adventure packages, communicating with clients by phone and email to provide information and resolve questions.

The role requires experience in customer service, travel or hospitality, keen attention to detail, and proficiency with reservation software and MS Office. You will work with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless booking experience.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using reservation management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for adventure packages.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide information and assist with concerns.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to update and promote packages and offers.
• Utilize reservation management software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations.
• Work with operations to ensure reservations are confirmed and travel needs arranged.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues before, during, or after a trip.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information.
• Assist in developing and implementing new processes to improve the booking experience.
