Glas is seeking a Reservation Booking Manager in Sydney to coordinate all aspects of adventure-package reservations and ensure a seamless booking experience. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, promoting packages alongside our sales and marketing teams.

In this role you will use reservation software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations, and work with operations to confirm travel arrangements while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for adventure packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for our customers
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide information, answer questions, and assist with any concerns regarding their reservations
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to regularly update and promote our packages and special offers
• Utilize reservation management software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all reservations are confirmed and all necessary arrangements are made for customers' travel needs
• Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently and effectively resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after a trip
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication between all departments
