South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Reservation Booking Manager to coordinate reservations for adventure packages, handling inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements. You will work with sales/marketing to promote offers and use reservation software to track bookings and payments.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and with a team in a remote-friendly setup.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for our various adventure packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for our customers.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide information, answer questions, and assist with any concerns regarding their reservations.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to regularly update and promote our packages and special offers.
• Utilize reservation management software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately.
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all reservations are confirmed and all necessary arrangements are made for customers' travel needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently and effectively resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after a trip.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication between all departments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the reservation booking experience for both customers and staff.
