Job summary

JD Security is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our customer base across Dubbo and regional NSW. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and enterprise sectors, while building a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through negotiation and close.

Collaborating with internal technical and delivery teams, you will tailor security solutions that meet client requirements and drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling electronic security solutions in the Australian market.
• Deep understanding of the commercial security industry – including market dynamics, buying cycles and decision-makers.
• Existing industry contacts and relationships, with the ability to open doors and build trust quickly.
• Familiarity with high-end security platforms such as Genetec, Gallagher, Avigilon, Integriti, Axis and Te Com

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities across commercial and enterprise sectors
• Building and managing a robust pipeline from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close
• Collaborating with internal technical and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements
• Developing account growth strategies and executing business plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Representing JD Security at industry events and customer engagements
• Providing accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership
