Conquest Personnel seeks a Business Development Manager for industrial sales in New South Wales. The role focuses on growing long-term service agreements while winning new business and expanding key accounts, with a mix of field travel and regular office engagement to strengthen relationships with ops teams.

Qualifications

• Prior business development experience with a genuine hunter mentality.
• Solution-selling background and ability to build a commercial case.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a remote/field-based role, with office time to build relationships.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• PC literate with SAP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel across the territory as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new service and maintenance opportunities in NSW.
• Roll out service and spares programs, sign new service contracts and long-term maintenance.
• Build and manage key accounts, targeting additional service work with local service managers.
• Gather customer feedback to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Provide regular reporting to management and cross-functional teams.
