Partisan Protective Services in Sydney, NSW is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow the NSW security operations with both physical and electronic security offerings.

You will identify and secure new contracts, build strategic relationships with facility managers and government clients, and drive revenue across Static Guarding, Mobile Patrols, CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Monitoring. This role demands a proven track record and deep NSW market knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of proven business development or sales experience within the NSW security industry.
• Demonstrated experience in electronic security solutions (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Strong knowledge of the NSW security market and established relationships with clients.
• Experience selling to commercial, industrial, retail or government clients.

Aufgaben

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across NSW.
• Prospect and generate new commercial security leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility managers, property managers and government clients.
• Secure new contracts for static guarding, mobile patrols, alarm monitoring and alarm response.
• Develop opportunities for CCTV, access control and intruder alarm solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop electronic security solutions.
