We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) in New South Wales. You will drive prospecting, onboarding, account management, and weekly reporting, collaborating with marketing, supply chain and sales support to enhance customer experience across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead management to identify and understand prospect needs.
• Engaging clients with drop-ins, calls, and follow-ups to generate new business.
• Client onboarding with cross‑team coordination to ensure smooth delivery.
• Account management to maintain relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Reporting and analysis with weekly progress updates to the National Sales Manager.
• Collaboration with marketing, supply chain and sales support teams to drive strategy.
• Budget management within allocated expenses to maximise performance.
