YES Medical, a leading Australian distributor of medical consumables, equipment and devices, is expanding its Business Development team. We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, onboard new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing partners.

The role focuses on strategic growth, market opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams. Remote work from NSW to national coverage is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficient in market research and analysis.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
