Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Senior Associate Pursuit Manager in Sydney to lead tender lifecycle coordination within the GTS Client Engagement team. You will collaborate with deal leads to define roles, responsibilities, and processes, ensuring client-focused documents that highlight value and differentiators.

You will also develop new content for the library, support material authoring and ensure branding and tone consistency across final outputs.

Qualifications

• Tender and bid management experience.
• Written and verbal communication skills, persuasive writing.
• Experience creating client-focused tender documents and infographics.

Responsibilities

• Work with deal leads to manage the end-to-end tender lifecycle.
• Create content for content library and support build-out of presentation materials.
• Quality control of final materials to ensure tone, format, content and branding compliance.
• Engage internal stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Marketing and product teams.
