Westpac is seeking an Associate Director, Pursuit Manager to lead bids and proposals for Global Transactions Services in Sydney. You will coordinate Deal Leads and cross-functional teams, translating client needs into persuasive content while maintaining deadlines and high-quality outputs.

The role includes supporting client pitches, developing content, and ensuring sales materials are clear, consistent, and production-ready, with three days in the office and broad exposure across Westpac

Qualificações

• Experience leading tenders, RFPs and proactive proposals from brief to submission.
• Strong project and stakeholder management to coordinate contributors and deadlines.
• Background in banking or financial services with client-focused messaging.
• Excellent written communication and content development for client proposals.
• Ability to translate complex banking concepts into clear client messaging.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of bids and tender responses reflecting client needs and Westpac value.
• Coordinate contributions from Deal Leads, Product, Legal, Compliance, Pricing and more.
• Support client pitches, develop content, and ensure materials are clear and ready for use.
• Maintain high-quality content and keep pursuits moving to deadline.
• Build networks across Westpac Institutional Bank through the pursuit process.
