Job summary

Westpac seeks an Associate Director, Pursuit Manager to lead complex bids and tenders for Global Transactions Services in Sydney. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop persuasive client proposals, and ensure timely submissions to win institutional business.

You will work with Deal Leads, Product, Legal, Risk and Marketing to craft compelling content and drive pursuit momentum, while also supporting client pitches and maintaining consistent messaging across materials.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex tenders, RFPs and proactive proposals.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within banking or financial services, with understanding of institutional clients.
• Strong written communication and content development skills for client proposals and pitches.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, client-focused messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead bids and tender responses to win new business.
• Coordinate contributions across Deal Leads and stakeholders to deadlines.
