Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Public Sector Account Executive to drive a quota-carrying territory across New South Wales, Australia. You will advise government agencies and navigate procurement cycles while building a strong pipeline.

You’ll lead a matrix team of specialists and partner ecosystems to deliver tailored AI-powered CRM solutions, travel as needed to customer sites, and help shape public sector policy adoption.

Responsibilities

• Run your territory and build territory and account plans to grow a pipeline.
• Be the government expert and stay ahead of regulatory changes and procurement cycles.
• Win by prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing to meet or exceed quota.
• Match Salesforce solutions to agency needs and deliver tailored AI‑CRM value.
• Lead a matrix team of BDRs, Solution Engineers, and services teams to execute plans.
• Build strategic partner ecosystems as part of the account plan.
• Maintain a clear, accurate pipeline to inform strategy and decisions.
• Travel regularly to customer sites across New South Wales.
