Job summary

Salesforce is seeking strategic Account Executives for our Canberra-based Public Sector team to lead the adoption of next-generation technology across federal agencies in Australia. You will influence agencies from Defence to Finance, delivering tailored Salesforce solutions that drive citizen outcomes.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, build trusted advisor relationships, and collaborate with Solution Engineers, Industry Specialists, Customer Success, and partners to co-create value.

Qualifications

Experience selling into the public sector and/or government buying cycles.
Proven track record as an Account Executive or similar in SaaS or enterprise tech.
Ability to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels, with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of Salesforce solutions across federal agencies, prospecting and developing new business.
Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to close with a consultative, value-based approach.
Build relationships with key decision-makers across federal agencies and understand procurement and security requirements.
