Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Perth is seeking a Property and Facilities Assistant to support the Operations Manager. The role covers budgeting, reporting, tenant relations, and coordinating maintenance within a government-owned portfolio.

You will develop broad facilities management skills while working in a collaborative team environment that values wellbeing and inclusivity. This is an on-site position in WA.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in property management or facilities coordination.
• Strong financial literacy with the ability to prepare budgets and manage accounts receivable.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PAMS) and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and performance graphs.
• Produce monthly portfolio and operations reports.
• Issue purchase orders and contracts within PAMS and ensure procurement compliance.
• Monitor rental arrears and pursue outstanding payments.
• Assist with rent reviews including CPI adjustments.
• Code creditor tax invoices and respond to tenant queries.
• Prepare tenant invoices and reconciliations across the portfolio.
• Coordinate contractor inductions, site access, and maintenance tasks.
• Minute monthly tenant meetings and maintain professional records.
