Job summary

The role emphasizes budget control, compliance with health and safety standards, and continuous improvement, with strong focus on tenant relations, procurement, and delivering value to clients in a dynamic property

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in facilities management or similar.
• Basic knowledge of lease requirements and experience with tenant management.
• Strong computer literacy including proficiency in facilities management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee people management and on-site teams to deliver FM services.
• Proactively manage client and stakeholder relationships at multiple levels.
• Lead procurement and vendor management to ensure value and on-time delivery.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, and financial performance against targets.
• Ensure health, safety and site security standards are maintained.
• Prepare CAPEX and annual plans with the National team.
