• Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.

Responsibilities

• Support in delivering Real Estate Management services to client property portfolio.
• Manage defined portfolio including property on/off, inspections, budgets, and compliance.
• Asset management and rent roll, reporting and client relationship management.
• Handle escalations and complaints; coordinate monthly/annual reporting.
