Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Australia is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support IFM services across workplace operations, customer experience, and admin in a corporate environment.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe, seamless, and high-performing workplace, covering front-of-house and back-of-house operations, meetings, events, and technology support.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, workplace operations, administration, hospitality, reception, concierge, or customer service within a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations including vendor coordination, service requests, meetings/events, mailroom, and workplace logistics.
• Strong customer service, communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the workplace to ensure a safe, professional, and high-performing office experience.
• Maintain reception, meeting rooms, kitchens, utilities areas, collaboration spaces, storage rooms and office amenities to standards.
• Assist with workstation moves, furniture setups, signage, pantry services, hospitality support, and readiness activities.
• Coordinate mail, courier services, freight deliveries, archives, and logistics with accurate records.
• Provide day-to-day admin support to Facilities Management including service requests, vendor follow-up, and communications.
• Support meetings, events and workplace technology, including room setup and hybrid meeting functionality.
