Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Australia seeks a skilled Facility Coordinator to manage a broad range of workplace and facilities activities across Front of House and Back of House operations. You will engage with stakeholders, support service delivery and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced corporate setting.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in facilities coordination, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency with CMMS and workplace booking tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in facilities coordination or related operations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service
• Experience with CMMS and workplace booking tools
• FM, Business, Property or Hospitality qualifications advantageous

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workplace and facilities operations to support business continuity and workplace experience outcomes.
• Coordinate mailroom, courier, workplace supplies and general office support activities.
• Plan and support meetings, events and room readiness; manage catering and AV as needed.
• Coordinate vendor activities, contractor access and service provider scheduling.
• Support safety, security and compliance activities and maintain essential documentation.
• Assist with operational reporting, KPI/SLA tracking and site governance.
