Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facility Coordinator to oversee diverse workplace and facilities activities across Front of House and Back of House operations in our Perth offices. You will engage with employees, vendors and service providers to ensure service delivery, reporting, compliance and a premium workplace experience.

You will coordinate maintenance, procurement, mailroom and admin tasks, while supporting meetings, events and technology integration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in facilities coordination, workplace experience, hospitality, reception, or corporate office operations.
• Strong understanding of workplace operations, building services, vendor coordination, and safety practices.
• Experience using CMMS platforms and workplace booking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workplace and facilities operations to support business continuity and workplace experience outcomes.
• Coordinate mailroom, courier, and general office support activities.
• Coordinate meeting room operations, scheduling, and event logistics.
