Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Perth is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead on-site operations, vendor management, and client relationships for our portfolio. You will oversee contracts, budgets, safety programs and reporting, ensuring high-value service delivery and compliance with JLL standards.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to optimise properties, drive cost efficiencies and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across multiple levels. On-site role based in Perth, WA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in facilities management or similar.
• Basic knowledge of lease requirements and tenant management.
• Strong computer literacy including proficiency in facilities management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage People Management – ensure contractors and their staff are aligned to JLL’s core principles including teamwork, communication and work ethics.
• Client/Stakeholder Management – proactively engage stakeholders to ensure on-site client expectations are met and build effective client relationships across levels.
• Procurement & Vendor Management – manage vendors to deliver services on time and within budget and ensure procurement guidelines are followed.
• Contracts Management – plan and manage all contracts to ensure high-quality delivery at the right costs and monitor contract expiries.
• Finance Management – support financial operations, budget management and monthly reporting; review invoices and assist in budgeting.
• Health & Safety Management – ensure a safe working environment and compliance with fire, health and safety standards.
• Site Operations Management – implement building procedures, promote continuous quality improvement and oversee site operations.
• Risk Management – implement risk and disaster recovery plans, incident reporting and ESG improvement recommendations.
