Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations of commercial buildings in Perth, ensuring safe, efficient performance. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, access control, and coordinate with technical teams.

Leading vendor relationships, audits, and ongoing regulatory compliance, you will drive continuous improvement and sustainability while maintaining high service standards across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Qualification in facilities management, property, engineering, business, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience with 2–4 years in facilities management.
• Sound knowledge of Australian building and safety requirements and industry standards.
• Proficiency with building management systems and computerized maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage building operations across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and life-safety, access control, and security systems.
• Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and suppliers for planned and reactive maintenance.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, ensuring compliance with budgets and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate facilities records for audits and compliance.
• Provide responsive support for enquiries and move/alterations in consultation with stakeholders.
