LEAP is seeking a learning lead to design, build and deliver role-based onboarding and release enablement for LEAP's products. This hands-on role requires deep product knowledge and the ability to create practical guides, videos and e-learning.

You will run live and virtual sessions, maintain a single source of truth for product learning, track progress by role, and collaborate with Product, LEAP Dev, Support and Sales. Flexible and hybrid work in Sydney is offered.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver role-based onboarding journeys for key teams.
• Lead release enablement to prepare teams for new features.
• Create practical learning content: demos, guides and short videos.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions.
• Maintain a single source of truth for product learning.
• Track completion and proficiency by role and report results.
• Solicit frontline feedback to improve training quickly.
