LEAP is seeking an Learning & Development Manager to own the learning agenda, set strategy, build the roadmap, and deliver a cohesive L&D function across leadership, compliance, onboarding and product training. You will report to the Chief People Officer and decide when to design in-house or bring in external experts.

You will lead the LMS implementation, partner with internal teams, and measure impact to drive scalable solutions within budget. A fast-moving tech environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven L&D leadership across end-to-end strategy and programs.
• Bias for action: move fast, experiment, learn, iterate.
• Translate big goals into clear plans, milestones and delivery.

Responsabilités

• Set and own a 12-month L&D roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Embed Core Capabilities into programs, manager development, and people practices.
• Design and launch Manager Development Program; lead sessions and coaching.
