Job summary

LEAP Legal Software in Sydney is seeking a Product Enablement Specialist to upskill every LEAPster on our products. You will design role-based onboarding experiences so new hires and existing teams learn quickly and stay productive, with close collaboration across Product, Dev, Support, Sales and Customer Success.

You will own content creation, live facilitation, and proactive updates to keep learning current with every release, ensuring frontline teams are ready before clients see new features.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of LEAP products and how they fit lawyers’ workflows.
• Excellent teaching ability with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
• Proactive mindset: move fast, iterate, and seek feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own product onboarding—design and deliver role-based onboarding journeys (Support, Sales, Success, Implementation).
• Lead release enablement—train teams for new features and releases before launch.
• Build the content—create demos, short videos, guides, and knowledge checks.
• Facilitate—host live and virtual sessions for new starters and existing teams.
• Keep it current—maintain a single source of truth for product learning.
• Track and report—set up learning metrics and share insights on what works.
• Listen to the front line—identify gaps and fix them quickly.
