LEAP is hiring a Product Enablement Specialist to upskill the LEAPster community on our products. You will design role-based onboarding, partner with Product and other teams, and own the training from development to delivery; ensuring teams are confident with new features before clients see them.

You will build practical content, run live sessions, and maintain a single source of truth while tracking progress and impact across Support, Sales and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Must be able to design and deliver role-based product onboarding journeys.
• You will lead release enablement with Product before or at launch.
• Create practical, bite-sized learning content and guides.
• Conduct live and virtual training sessions for new and existing teams.
• Maintain a single source of truth for product learning with every release.

What you’ll do

As ourProduct Enablement Specialist, your purposeis to upskill everyLEAPsteron our products. You’ll create a clear, role‑based learning pathway so everyLEAPstercan learn our products – from new starters getting confident and productive faster, to existing teams deepening their product skills –and make sure our teams are ready for every new feature and release before our clients see it.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows LEAP’s products deeply and loves helping others get there too.You’lldesign,buildand deliver the training yourself–working closely with Product,LEAP Dev,Support, Sales, Customer Successetc.– andyou’llown the results.

To make this happen, you will:

• Own product onboarding– design and deliver role‑based product onboarding journeys (e.g. Support, Sales, Customer Success, Implementation) that cut time to competency.
• Lead release enablement– partner with Product so our teams are trained and ready for new features and releases, before or at launch.
• Build the content– create practical, bite‑sized learning – demos, walkthroughs, short videos, guides, sandboxexercisesand knowledge checks.
• Facilitate– run engaging live and virtual sessions for new starters and existing teams.
• Keep it current–maintaina single sourceof truth for product learning, updated with every release.
• Track and report– set up product learning, trackcompletionandproficiencyby role, and sharewhat’sworking.
• Listen to the front line– use feedback from Support, Sales and Customer Success to spot knowledge gaps and fix them fast.

• Content creation skills– you can build clear guides,videosand e‑learning with tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Loom or Scribe – oryou’rekeen to learn quickly.
• Confident facilitator– you engage groups in the room and online.
• Stakeholder savvy– you build strong relationships with Product and frontline teams and get what you need from them on time.
• Highly organised– you juggle onboarding cohorts and release schedules without dropping the ball.
• Nice to have– LMS experience, or a training qualification such as a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
