You will partner with SMEs, Change Team, and stakeholders to create engaging training materials and capability uplift initiatives.

• Experience with SAP Enable Now for learning content development.
• Experience developing digital learning solutions for large-scale business transformation programs.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and content development skills.
• Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain police clearances.
• Highly desirable: Clipchamp experience.
• Desirable: WalkMe Learning or other digital learning and video tools.
• Desirable knowledge of ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management processes.

Job Description

The ESM Learning Developerwill be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-qualitylearning solutions that support the successful adoption of Enterprise ServiceManagement (ESM) processes and technologies. The role partners with SMEs, ChangeTeam, project teams, and business stakeholders to develop engaging learningexperiences, training materials, and capability uplift initiatives that driveuser adoption and business readiness.

Key Responsibilities
