Job summary

LEAP Legal Software is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to own the learning agenda, set strategy, and deliver a unified L&D function. You will launch a Manager Development Program, implement a single LMS, and align training with leadership, onboarding, and product training.

You’ll report to the Chief People Officer, own the budget, and collaborate with executives and external providers to scale impactful programs.

Qualifications

• Led L&D strategy and programs end-to-end, preferably in fast-growing tech or services.
• Experience building learning roadmaps and manager development programs.
• Experience with LMS implementations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set the L&D strategy, build a 12-month roadmap aligned to business priorities and deliver at pace.
• Embed Core Capabilities into programs and everyday people practices.
• Design and launch Manager Development Program and coach leaders.
