Job summary

Harbour Hospitality & Lifestyle is seeking a Group Accommodation Operations Manager - Head of Hotels to oversee the performance of our Sydney hotel portfolio across New South Wales. You will lead a dedicated team, drive occupancy, ADR and RevPAR, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while safeguarding profitability.

Qualifications

• Senior hotel, accommodation, rooms division, revenue or multi-site hospitality operations experience.
• Understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, channel mix and room-yield controls.
• Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, guest reputation and accommodation compliance.
• Experience using scorecards, action registers and operating cadence to hold managers accountable.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS and channel managers.
• Experience developing and implementing operational improvements within a hotel portfolio.
• Commercial literacy across labour, margin, payroll leakage, forecasting and variance commentary.
• Ability to operate in turnaround or distressed-asset conditions without losing control discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accommodation operations across HHL hotel assets.
• Manage occupancy, revenue metrics, channel mix and reporting.
• Ensure front office, reservations, guest communication and check-in standards.
• Drive housekeeping productivity and quality control.
• Maintain PMS, OTA, direct booking, revenue and reporting discipline.
• Coordinate accommodation labour rostering and productivity.
• Ensure compliance and guest-risk controls for accommodation.
• Support venue management on accommodation matters inside mixed-use venues.
• Provide weekly reporting to leadership and directors.
