YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites, part of Yeh's Group, is a 150-room property in Sydney CBD. We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver outstanding guest service and lead hotel staff with a hands-on, proactive approach during a dynamic hospitality environment.

The role requires managing evening and overnight shifts, coordinating Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and Security, supervising teams, monitoring KPIs, handling guest issues

Qualifications

• Experience in managing hotel operations and guest services.
• Proven leadership of diverse hotel teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening and overnight hotel operations in absence of senior management.
• Coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and Security.
• Supervise staff, assign duties, monitor performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor occupancy, room availability, revenue and operational KPIs.
• Manage guest services, reservations, room allocations and service recovery.
• Coordinate housekeeping to maintain room readiness.
• Oversee evening Food & Beverage operations and hygiene standards.
