Job summary

Clear Sales Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an energetic Territory Manager to join our pharmacy sales team commencing March 2027. The role drives sales growth, expands distribution, builds strong pharmacy relationships, and delivers engaging product education across an assigned territory.

The successful candidate will leverage deep knowledge of the Australian pharmacy market, train pharmacy teams to improve product recommendations, and execute territory call plans while reporting progress through

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy, OTC, healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian pharmacy market.
• Proven sales and territory management success.
• Excellent presentation, training and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel with current driver’s licence.
• Experience with pharmacy banners and buying groups.
• Product launch experience.
• CRM or Salesforce experience.
• Existing pharmacy industry relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, distribution and territory growth objectives.
• Develop relationships with pharmacy owners, pharmacists and staff.
• Deliver engaging product training to pharmacists and teams.
• Support product launches through in-store education.
• Build product knowledge and confidence among pharmacy staff.
• Present at meetings, conferences and training events.
• Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising standards.
• Provide market insights to management.
• Maintain CRM records and activity reporting.
• Provide territory updates and market updates.
