Job summary

Healthcare Professionals Group in Brisbane is expanding its Queensland territory. You will grow existing pharmacy accounts, identify new business opportunities and deliver product education to pharmacists and pharmacy teams.

You’ll collaborate with office and senior leadership on territory strategy, sales processes and commercial projects, with potential for formal management as the team grows. You’ll contribute to onboarding and coaching of new representatives and balance hands-on sales with

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales success within pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or consumer healthcare.
• Strong understanding of the pharmacy channel and customer needs.
• Experience developing territory plans and driving account growth.
• Ability to translate technical information into practical education for customers.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring a team.
• Ability to translate scientific language into clear consumer messages.
• Sound commercial judgment and handling customer objections.
• Initiative to develop and implement your own approach.
• Comfortable in a smaller business with evolving processes.
• Interest in combining hands-on sales with broader commercial responsibilities.
• Brisbane-based with a current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing pharmacy relationships across the territory.
• Identify, secure and develop new pharmacy accounts.
• Deliver engaging product education to pharmacists and pharmacy teams.
• Develop and implement territory plans to achieve commercial targets.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through education and tailored support.
• Share customer insights to inform marketing and commercial decisions.
• Contribute to sales processes, reporting and team coordination.
• Work with inside sales support to coordinate follow-up activity and administration.
• Support onboarding and coaching of new team members.
