Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Materials & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Perth on a permanent, full-time basis. You will coordinate materials and logistics for offshore maintenance and shutdown works, ensuring timely planning, tracking and delivery to support safe project execution.

You will work closely with project, maintenance, procurement and logistics teams to maintain accurate records and manage material availability, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials, logistics, supply chain or project coordination.
• Experience in oil & gas, resources, maintenance or shutdown environments.
• Strong knowledge of materials management and logistics processes.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using materials management systems/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials and logistics requirements for maintenance and shutdown activities.
• Monitor and track materials, equipment and deliveries to meet project schedules.
• Liaise with procurement, supply chain, vendors and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate mobilisation and transportation of materials to site.
• Maintain accurate material status, inventory and logistics records.
• Identify potential material shortages or delivery risks and communicate these to stakeholders.
• Support planning activities to ensure materials are available when required.
• Assist with freight, warehousing and general logistics coordination.
• Ensure activities comply with safety, quality and project requirements.
