Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join the Perth-based Workforce Management team, based at the Victoria Park Head Office. This permanent full-time role supports mining and minerals projects across multiple locations, coordinating mobilisation activities and ensuring workforce compliance.

You will work with site teams and stakeholders to meet project needs and contribute to major resources projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ mobilisation, site or project admin experience in resources.
• Experience with SAP, INX, SuccessFactors or Enable.
• Coordinate onboarding, medicals, inductions and travel.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end mobilisation processes.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate medicals, training, flights, accommodation and site inductions.
• Ensure mobilisation compliance and entry requirements.
