Job summary

DOF in Perth is seeking a Crewing Coordinator with recent marine crewing experience to join our team, based in Perth CBD on a permanent opportunity.

Reporting to the Crewing Team Leader, you will plan and coordinate personnel logistics, rosters, contracts, and competence management across Asia Pacific offshore projects. This role requires strong communication across cultures and a solid understanding of enterprise agreements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in marine crewing in offshore oil and gas.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication.
• Knowledge of crew competency requirements and regulatory standards.
• Experience with enterprise agreements and crewing systems.
• Strong data management and MS Office proficiency.
• Organised, with ability to meet deadlines in dynamic logistics.

Responsibilities

• Source crew and build relationships.
• Plan Manning levels, rosters and cycles per project.
• Prepare employment documentation including contracts.
• Competence management per marine requirements.
• Serve as key contact for marine and project crews.
• Ensure mobilised crew meet certificates and joining requirements.
• Coordinate visas, work permits and medicals.
• Answer employment queries from crew.
• Handle general HR administrative duties.
