Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced offshore fabric maintenance supervisor to lead and oversee maintenance crews in Western Australia. You will ensure safe, efficient execution in line with company and client requirements, driving a strong safety culture and coordinating blasting, painting, insulation and passive fire protection activities.

The role requires proven supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety, quality and asset integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising offshore fabric maintenance teams.
• Strong background in blasting, painting, coatings, insulation and asset integrity.
• Sound understanding of Permit to Work systems and offshore operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance crews.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
• Previous experience within the oil & gas, LNG sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise offshore fabric maintenance crews, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Drive safety culture through permits, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate blasting, painting, insulation and passive fire protection activities.
• Monitor quality standards and asset integrity against specifications.
• Manage workforce allocation, performance and competency requirements.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and access for maintenance campaigns.
• Track progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with stakeholders.
