Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator in Perth to support Mining & Mineral projects across multiple locations. You will coordinate mobilisation activities, ensure workforce compliance, and meet operational requirements under the direction of a Workforce Team Lead.

This permanent full-time role is based at our Victoria Park Head Office. You’ll have the chance to work across several teams and projects, with coaching, internal transfer opportunities, and dedicated development pathways

Qualifications

2–5 years' experience in a mobilisation, site or project administration role within the resources sector.
Client systems experience such as SAP, INX, SuccessFactors and Enable are essential.
Experience in monitoring mobilisation compliance and requirements (e.g. medicals, trainings, PPE, site inductions).
Ability to work closely with site representatives and management to provide a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process.
Strong time management and adaptability to changing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
Proof of right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

End to end mobilisation process.
Provide regular updates on mobilisation progress to operational stakeholders.
Mobilise a high volume of candidates across multiple upcoming shutdowns, projects and rosters.
Organise medicals, training, flight bookings, accommodation, site inductions and entry, PPE.
