Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Materials Coordination Supervisor to lead our Brisbane-based operations, with FIFO to Papua New Guinea on a 4:4 roster. You will supervise stores, warehousing, tooling and logistics to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy for efficient project delivery.

You will work closely with operations and procurement, oversee inspections, and drive safe, reliable supply chain processes across sites in Australia and PNG.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Storeperson/Storeman in fast-paced operations.
• Strong warehousing and logistics background with inventory accuracy.
• Experience coordinating movement of materials and tooling to meet operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the operational team to achieve safety, performance, and service objectives.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and stock management.
• Oversee warehousing activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate and conduct material inspections to ensure quality and standards.
• Manage tooling assets, including maintenance, availability and utilisation.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely movement of materials, equipment and supplies.
• Support procurement through supplier coordination, planning and purchasing processes.
