Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced offshore maintenance professional to join our Perth team, coordinating offshore mechanical maintenance, shutdowns and campaigns from our Perth office with regular offshore travel. You will liaise with clients, offshore operations teams, subcontractors and internal delivery crews to ensure safe, on-time execution.

Qualifications

Qualified with a mechanical trade or engineering background.
Experience coordinating offshore shutdowns, turnarounds or campaigns.
Strong maintenance planning and work-pack development.
Experience with SAP or similar CMMS systems.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate teams.
Willingness to travel offshore as required.
Offshore certifications such as BOSIET/HUET/MIST/MSIC are valued.

Responsibilities

Coordinate offshore mechanical maintenance, shutdown and campaign activities.
Develop and review work packs, job plans, risk assessments and execution documentation.
Support workforce and subcontractor planning to ensure project readiness.
Coordinate materials, specialist equipment and vendor services.
Monitor shutdown progress and provide ongoing execution support.
Deliver technical guidance and mechanical expertise to offshore teams.
Utilise SAP and maintenance systems to manage work orders and reporting.
Champion a strong safety culture in line with Monadelphous values.
