Monadelphous is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator in Perth to support Mining & Mineral projects across multiple locations. You will coordinate mobilisation activities, ensure workforce compliance, and meet operational requirements under the direction of a Workforce Team Lead.

This permanent full-time role is based at our Victoria Park Head Office. You’ll have the chance to work across several teams and projects, with coaching, internal transfer opportunities, and dedicated development pathways

Formación

• 2–5 years' experience in a mobilisation, site or project administration role within the resources sector.
• Client systems experience such as SAP, INX, SuccessFactors and Enable are essential.
• Experience in monitoring mobilisation compliance and requirements (e.g. medicals, trainings, PPE, site inductions).
• Ability to work closely with site representatives and management to provide a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process.
• Strong time management and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.

Join Monadelphous' Workforce Management team and play a key role in supporting our Mining & Minerals operations across multiple locations. We are seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Perth-based team, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects and clients. Reporting to a Workforce Team Lead, you will work closely with site teams, project stakeholders, and employees to coordinate mobilisation activities, maintain workforce compliance, and ensure operational requirements are met. With opportunities to work across several teams and projects, this role offers variety, development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to the successful delivery of major resources projects.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based at our Victoria Park Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:
