Job summary

Peninsula Australia is seeking a credit/collections professional to manage a portfolio of about 500 clients, proactively recovering overdue payments and resolving disputes. The role emphasizes timely, accurate communication and collaboration with Accounts Receivable, Customer Experience and Retention teams.

• Dispute resolution for missed or overdue payments
• Working with pace and precision to ensure clients are contacted within set SLAs and KPIs
• Collaborating with various teams, including Accounts Receivable, Customer Experience and Retention.
