Experience in credit or collections environments.
Experience handling complaints, retention or disputes.

Responsibilities

Manage a dedicated portfolio of approx. 500 clients.
Proactively manage overdue debts and implement solutions.
Handle disputes for missed or overdue payments.
Respond promptly to queries within SLAs and KPIs.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Customer Experience and Retention teams.
