Job summary

Peninsula Australia is seeking an HR/ER Advisor to deliver high-quality, solution‑oriented guidance over the phone and email. You’ll handle queries on disciplinary actions, performance management, workplace investigations and compliance with legislation.

Qualifications

We’re looking for:

• Individuals who have exposure to Award classifications, Fair Work Act & NES or Enterprise Agreements.
• Individuals who have the ability to communicate clearly with a focus on commercial and easy to understand advice.
• The ability to guide clients through complex workplace relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, award interpretation, and legislative compliance.
