Job summary

Connect Hearing in Cairns, QLD is seeking a dedicated customer service/admin professional to support our ageing client base and hearing health services. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with a focus on delivering a positive, personalised client experience.

The role is permanent part-time (22.8–30 hours/week) with options to cover full days or five shorter days, and occasional extra hours for leave coverage. You will work closely with clinicians and manage clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients
• Providing administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
• Managing day-to-day clinic operations, including opening/closing procedures
• Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
• Billing clients and taking a range of payments
• Learning and competently using a range of software and applications
