Job summary

Sonova's Connect Hearing in Morayfield, QLD, is seeking a dedicated Client Care Representative to join our clinical administration team on a permanent part-time basis (3 days / 22.8 hours per week, Mon-Wed, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm).

You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, support clinicians, manage daily clinic operations, handle the phone line and inbox, and process payments. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role.
• A passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
• Great communication and active listening skills.
• Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
• Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients.
• An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients.
• Providing administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Efficiently managing day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
• Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Billing our clients correctly and taking a range of payments.
• Learning and competently using a range of software and applications.
