Job summary

Sonova’s Cairns clinic is seeking a dedicated Client Care Representative for clinical administration. This permanent part‑time role offers 22.8 to 30 hours per week, with options to work full days or spread over five shorter days. You will welcome clients, book appointments and support clinicians while handling daily operations and billing.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• Focus on delivering great client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
• Provide administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Handle clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Process billing and payments.
• Learn and competently use clinic software and applications.
