Connect Hearing in Cairns, QLD, is seeking a Client Care Representative for Clinical Administration on a permanent part-time basis (22.8–30 hours/week). You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, and provide admin support to clinicians, ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service to an older clientele and contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented team within a leading hearing health care provider.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration is desirable.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients.
• Providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Managing day-to-day clinic operations including openings and closings.
• Handling clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Billing clients and processing payments.
• Learning and using a range of software and applications.
