Connect Hearing Morayfield is seeking a part-time Client Care Representative to deliver 5-star service in our clinic. You will greet clients, schedule appointments and support clinicians in a busy, patient-focused environment.

This role offers 22.8 hours across Mon–Wed, with potential to increase hours for leave coverage; training provided; flexible and people-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Prior face-to-face customer service and/or administration experience.
• Passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Resilience, self-motivation and energy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
• Interest in learning about hearing aids features and basic repair/maintenance.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients.
• Providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Efficiently managing day-to-day operations of clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
• Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Billing clients correctly and handling payments.
• Learning and using a range of software and applications.
