Job summary

Connect Hearing in Cairns, QLD, is seeking a Client Care Representative (PT) to join our hearing clinic. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, and support clinicians with administration while delivering a warm, 5-star service.

This permanent part-time role offers 22.8–30 hours weekly, with options for full days or five shorter days. You will help manage clinic operations, handle the phone and email, and learn a range of software to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Face‑to‑face customer service and/or administration experience required.
• Passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Energetic, self‑motivated with resilience.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Interest in learning about hearing aids features and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Provide admin support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Run day-to-day clinic operations including opening/closing.
• Manage clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Billing clients and processing payments.
• Learn and use clinic software and apps.
