Job summary

Starlight Children\'s Foundation Australia is seeking a Family Relationship Coordinator to support families in the Wishgranting Program. You will be the main contact, build trust, coordinate with health professionals and the Wish Experience team to make dreams come true for children and young people.

This part-time, 12-month contract role requires empathy, trauma-informed care, and strong relationship-building across teams.

Qualifications

• You've worked in health, welfare or community settings and understand the importance of professional boundaries and trauma-informed care.
• You're someone who builds strong, respectful relationships and knows how to support families through challenging times.
• You're confident navigating sensitive conversations and bring empathy, resilience and professionalism to your work.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for families in the Wishgranting Program.
• Coordinate with health professionals, Wish Experience team and other parts of the org to bring wishes to life.
• Track every conversation and detail in our CRM; ensure accurate records and documentation.
