Job summary

Starlight Foundation in Sydney is seeking a Community Fundraising Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of our flagship campaigns such as Super Swim and Trek for Kids. You will provide administrative and coordination support, helping campaigns run smoothly across digital channels and live events.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Communications and partners, manage budgets, schedules and reporting, travel interstate when required, and help create memorable experiences that raise

Qualifications

• Experience supporting teams in a busy, collaborative environment while working independently.
• Strong project coordination skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting.
• Interest in events and ability to travel interstate and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of community fundraising campaigns.
• Contribute to digital and social media content and handle enquiries.
• Coordinate event logistics, including bump in/outs, permits, volunteer recruitment, venues.
• Represent Starlight and support live fundraising events.
• Develop relationships with agency partners, sponsors and suppliers.
• Support merchandise production and supply with partners.
• Provide admin support including reporting, budgets, invoices, travel bookings.

Ideal for a proactive, energetic team player who loves bringing ideas to life.
